First Spark Graduate Development Programme
Our bespoke Graduate Development Programme - is an inclusive, high-developmental Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative aimed at introducing graduates to the world of work for future employment and entrepreneurship endeavors. The Programme runs for 12 months and is designed to attract, develop and release talent back into the labor market equipped with relevant and highly sought-after skills.

In our Botswana office we've created a special platform for our employees to participate in discussions that affect their work environment and life in general. This *kgotla remains true to the Setswana saying that "Mmualebe o bua la gagwe" which translates to "All contributions are worthy and need to be acknowledged". The kgotla is led by a people elected *Kgosi to ensure that a safe environment is maintained for our people to freely share their thoughts and solutions.
